Overview
Our payment, discount and refund policies are described below.
Payment
Participation in any one of our courses entails the following payments:
- Payment of a non-refundable registration fee as it is stated on our site.
- Payment of the full fees by a set deadline expiring 7 days prior to the announced course commencement, which is not affected by any changes of the actual starting date of the course for whatever reasons.
Failure to pay the full fees by the specified deadline will result in the cancellation of the booking and the loss of the registration fee.
Discounts
Discounts are offered with the purpose of assisting participants in handling participation costs in a more manageable way. The following discounts may apply on all courses, providing it has been publicly announced on our site.
a) Early Bird discount: 15% until pre-defined date published online
(b) Student discount: 30% Upon presentation of valid student ID. The discount voucher will be sent to the applicant in a separate email.
(c) Group discount A: 25% if 3 to 5 teachers are registered under the same school.
(d) Group discount B: 30% if 6 or more teachers are registered under the same school.
Note: (a) + (b), (a) + (c) and (a) + (d) may be used in aggregate, but no other combination.
Refunds
Any money paid as registration fee is non-refundable!
Should a participant decide to withdraw their participation before the full fee payment deadline (7 days prior to the commencement of any course), they should request this in writing of proven date via email.
Withdrawal requests will be processed promptly. Participants will receive a notification regarding the approval or rejection of their refund. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 working days.
Refunds will not be granted after the 7-day deadline. However, participants may request a contingency voucher by submitting a written request with proof of date via email. Approved vouchers will be issued with a unique token value and validity period, which can be used for future course participation.
No appeals are to be accepted to our approval or rejections of refund or contingency voucher requests, and no other means than the ones described above may apply.
At no time will refunds be granted in the case of multiple discounted applications.
If you haven’t received an approved refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Discounted items
All refunds are made pertinent on the actual price charged, where discount policies have been applied.
Exchanges
Clients may opt to request exchange of their selected course participation with another of the same value. If this is the case, they should apply in writing of proven date via email for an exchange approval, with or without detailing the details of the next course.
Exchanges will be approved only if application is made before the full fee payment deadline (7 days prior to the commencement of any course) and only for the actual participation fees. The registration fees are never to be refunded, exchanged or otherwise commented for.
Whenever such exchange request is approved, a unique token of specific value (for the full amount paid) and of specific validity span will be sent to the participant, thus rendering the matter closed.
Should the token be used for participation in a course of a higher value than the one described in the said token, the participant will be requested to pay the difference. Should the token be used for participation in a course of a lesser value than the one described in the said token, unfortunately the difference will be lost, and no further refund is to be made.
All tokens become redundant after their expiry date, which may be between 6 and 8 months from the date of issue, depending on the case per se.
